These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services and products offered by Katty Gilmartin (sole trader) as The Human Experience.

 

By booking a session, purchasing a product, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

These policies are designed to create mutual respect, clarity, and safety for both client and practitioner.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Services Offered

Katty Gilmartin offers:

​

  • Hypnotherapy sessions (online and in-person) 

  • Regression therapy (online and in-person) 

  • Reiki healing session (online and in-person) 

  • Reiki mentorship and training

​

All services provided should be considered as a complementary therapy and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. 

Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment unless a payment plan has been agreed.

  • Session prices are clearly displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change in the future.

  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer

  • Payment plans are available for packages and can be arranged on a case-by-case basis

  • For payment plans, agreed instalments are due monthly (or at intervals agreed upon booking) and full balance must be paid before your final session or agreed timeframe

  • If a payment is missed, please contact hello@rachaelmorley.com. Sessions may be paused until payment is received.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hour notice are eligible for a full refund, please contact hello@the-human-experience.world or reply to your booking email to cancel.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule your session once if you provide at least 24 hour notice, you can reschedule up 2 times without an option to refund.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

  • Refunds are not offered for services or digital products once purchased or after a session has taken place.

If Katty needs reschedule:

  • If Katty needs to cancel or reschedule your session due to health or an emergency she will let you know as soon as possible, you will be offered the next available date that works for you.

  • In the unlikely event that a suitable alternative cannot be found, a full refund will be provided.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive or be ready (if remote) on time. If you are late, the session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.

  • Sessions that begin late due to client delay will still end at the scheduled time.

Age restriction

  • There is no age restriction for sessions unless stated for specific events, if unsure weather the service is suitable  please reach out to discuss.

  • If you are under 18 years old, parental or guardian consent is required before booking.

  • If you are under 16 years old your parent or guardian must be present at the session.

Remote & In-Person Sessions

  • Sessions are offered both remotely and in person (London-based).

  • Remote sessions are equally effective and will include post-session reflection when relevant.

  • In-person session locations will be shared upon confirmation.

  • By attending your first session, you agree to the terms outlined here and confirm that you are participating voluntarily.

Nature of Services

  • Reiki and Hypnotherapy is a complementary healing modality and is not a substitute for professional medical treatment.

  • Clients are advised to consult their GP or healthcare provider for any physical or mental health conditions.

  • Reiki sessions are intended to support emotional well-being, energy balance, and nervous system regulation.

Important notice

The services offered by Katty Gilmartin are intended as a complementary therapy and are for personal and spiritual growth. They are not a replacement for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services. Katty does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.

Liability

Katty Gilmartin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from the use of her services or products. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own discretion

Practitioner Rights

Katty Gilmartin the solo trader as The Human Experience, reserves the right to refuse service or end a session early in the event of inappropriate behaviour or a violation of ethical boundaries with no refund.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Client Responsibility

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are mentally, emotionally, and physically able to participate in Reiki, meditation practices, Hypnotherapy or Regression Therapy (depending on the service selected).

  • You agree to communicate honestly, arrive prepared, and take responsibility for your own healing process.
