Service Description
Uncover is a Regression Therapy session that works with experiences beyond conscious awareness in a safe and structured way. The process is designed to help your self-discovery, gain broader perspective on life, relationships and recurring themes. By revisiting events from the past (including childhood and past life), It offers a unique opportunity to explore unresolved emotions, recurring patterns and deeply held responses that may still be influencing you in the present. While gaining new insight into yourself, your relationships, triggers and experiences that may previously have been difficult to understand, I guide you through whatever comes up, helping you process and reduce the emotional charge in a safe and compassionate way. The aim is not simply to uncover a story, but to help you shift your relationship with what you have been carrying so you can move forward feeling lighter, clearer and more at peace. Format: An extended immersive session (approximately 3 h.), where you experience what arises from a first-person perspective while I safely guide you through the process using open questions. We finish with time to process and integrate what emerged. Can be done both online and in person, reach out for more details
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with at least 24 hour notice are eligible for a full refund, please contact hello@the-human-experience.world. You are also welcome to reschedule your session if you provide at least 24 hour notice, please do so ether by emailing or by using amend your booking option. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice are non-refundable, in some cases you might be offered to reschedule, please contact for more information. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. If Katty needs to cancel or reschedule your session due to health or an emergency reasons she will let you know as soon as possible, you will be offered the next available date that works for you. In the unlikely event that a suitable alternative cannot be found, a full refund will be provided. Late Arrivals Please arrive or be ready (if remote) on time. If you are late, the session may be shortened out of respect for the next client. Sessions that begin late due to client delay will still end at the scheduled time.
